Garden sauna oval: Electric or wood stove?

Whether you equip your oval garden sauna with an electric or wood stove primarily depends on your personal preference. An electric stove allows for quick heating, as you can turn it on and off at the push of a button. On the other hand, a wood stove creates a very special atmosphere because it radiates a very natural warmth and the fire crackles pleasantly. All our garden saunas – whether oval or classic – are available with either an electric or wood stove.

No matter which option you choose – safety comes first. Have an electric stove installed only by a qualified electrician. A wood stove must comply with legal regulations (BImSchV 2) and be approved by a chimney sweep and regularly inspected. Only then can you sauna safely and worry-free!
