Delivery Conditions

The sauna is delivered fully pre-assembled. Delivery is made to the curbside. Unloading and transportation to the installation site must be organized and carried out by the customer, for example using a forklift, excavator, or crane.

Delivery takes place within 16 to 20 weeks after receipt of payment. Transport costs are calculated based on your postal code at a rate of €0.80 net per kilometer traveled.

Important Information

For operation in Germany, Austria, and Denmark, compliance with BImSchV 2 regulations is additionally required. All wood-burning stoves must meet this standard.

Please consult your responsible chimney sweep before purchasing and observe all requirements of the relevant authorities.

The installation and commissioning of a 400 V three-phase electric sauna heater should be approved by a qualified electrician.
