Delivery Conditions

The sauna is delivered completely pre-assembled. Delivery is made to the curbside.
Unloading and transportation to the installation location must be organized and carried out by the customer themselves
– for example with a forklift, excavator, or crane.

Delivery takes place within 16 to 20 weeks after receipt of payment.
Delivery costs start from €599. The final transport costs are calculated individually based on a distance charge of €0.80 per kilometer driven.

Important Information

All sauna wood-burning stoves for Germany, Austria, and Denmark are supplied exclusively with BImSchV 2 approval.

Sauna heaters using solid fuels, such as wood, must be inspected and approved by the responsible chimney sweep.

Operating the sauna with an electric heater connected to a 400 V high-voltage power supply should be approved by a qualified master electrician.
